trees don't breathe!

sitting in the car with the kids i babysit earlier, we debated whether or not trees have hearts. i tried to explain that trees were alive, and the concept of photosynthesis. kyan stood up from his seat and cocked one leg out and spread his arms open, filling his cheeks with air and just stayed that way. i asked him what he was doing and he said "photosypsasis." god, smart kid, right?
